需要root权限
部分手机可能还需要关闭selinux。可以使用镧·系统工具箱2.0关闭。
/data/local/chrome-command-line，权限644，归root用户所有，
填入以下内容：
chrome --enable-features=HorizontalTabSwitcherAndroid --disable-features=InterestFeedContentSuggestions,NTPArticleSuggestions,OmniboxUIExperimentHideSteadyStateUrlPathQueryAndRef,OmniboxUIExperimentHideSteadyStateUrlScheme,OmniboxUIExperimentHideSteadyStateUrlTrivialSubdomains
然后强行停止chrome
chrome://flags/#interest-feed-content-suggestions选择disable，然后重启chrome
